Thomas Sitterud I have known for a long time that my passion has been helping people avoid court and conflict through proper and tailored estate planning. Several years ago, I began focusing more and more of my practice on estate planning and now specialize in this area. I am passionate about helping people with their planning because it gives THEM peace of mind.
Education I graduated with honors from Brigham Young University where I majored in Russian after serving a two-year mission in Far East Russia. Upon graduating from BYU, I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School on a scholarship where I graduated Cum Laude.
Personal Life I was raised in Ferron, Utah. I still live in rural Utah and love living and raising my family in this area. When I'm not working alongside my clients, I am likely to be found spending time with my family. My wife Brayci is a special education teacher at a local elementary school and is my greatest support. My children, Porter, Maycin and Linc determine where most of my "out of the office" time is spent and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm crazy about all things sports, especially when it comes to Emery High School athletics, BYU athletics, the LA Dodgers, and the Philadelphia Eagles. My hobbies include golfing, hunting, spending time outdoors with my family, and playing the guitar.
